  2. First Direct Customers have the right to honesty in a plain and easy to understand language. No complicated or confusing jargon.
  3. First Direct Customers have the right to experience a simple and effortless financing experience.
  4. First Direct Customers have the right to copies of their disclosures, loan documents, property appraisal and credit scores.
  5. First Direct customers have the right to receive loan terms, regardless of their credit, that are not considered “High Cost” as defined by federal and state legislation.
  6. First Direct customers have the right to speak to the person working on their loan or receive a return phone call within 24 hours.
  7. First Direct customers have the right to see real-time online status of their loan throughout the process.
  8. First Direct customers have the right to refinance in the future for free, for life.
  9. First Direct Customers have the right to receive a “reasonable tangible net benefit” analysis to know that their loan benefits them.
  10. First Direct customers have the right to a loan without negotiating or haggling over rates and fees. First Direct rates and fees are standard by loan type and not driven by sales commissions or subject to an individual’s discretion.
